Since you're including all the details about the product, it might be a good idea to post the price, too! I really liked the webisode, and am on the fence about purchasing it. I'm afraid this message board is only going to increase my purchases in the future - YIKES! But I'm looking forward to all the great ideas; the only other MB I frequent is the Fiskateers one at Fiskars!

ive had this product for a few months now. i purchased it to make the envelopes for my daughters wedding invitations which i made or to be truthful am still making ... a long story ... maybe for another time but anyway it was great to be able to customize the envelope using the enveloper. we would never have been able to buy envelopes that would be just the right size for the invites so it was invaluable to us.
i reccommend it to you all - you will never be without an envelope to fit you project - great crafty tool ;)

I recently purchased this item (from Paperwishes) and I love it. Making my DD (dear daughters) B-card and this made making the odd size envelope a snap.
So let me join those who enable and say "by all means" you have to have this tool!"

I bought the enveloper last month from Paper Wishes. Realy love it. You can make your own envelope for those odd size cards instead of hunting through the stores looking for an envelope that never fits.

I have the enveloper and the top scorer. I've had them for over a year but until today, when I watched the webisode didn't understand how to use the Enveloper. I'm heading to my craft room today to play!

I wasn't really interested in this until watching the Webisode. It is a really cool tool, and I am seriously thinking of getting it.

I also purchased The Enveloper this last month. I've enjoyed using it and trying it out. Is there an easy way to figure out what size paper to use and what lines to score for an odd sized envelope that isn't shown in the directions? I'd love to know.
Thanks.

I waited to buy this until I saw the Webisode then grabbed one. I like it and use it, but I have a few suggestions. First, patterned paper or heavy paper works best. Cardstock works but heavy cardstock is too hard to manipulate. Also, I cut out the instructions for the different size envelopes and laminated it to the bottom of the tool so I wouldn't lose it. Third, I put a self-adhesive dot of Velcro on the side of the tool and on the stylus so they stay together - I could see misplacing all these pieces otherwise. Now it's handy and all together when I need it. I LOVE the boxy envelopes for embellished cards. This feature is the best part of this product!

The enveloper is a huge time and money saver. I havn't had to buy seperate envelopes since I got it. I use a bone folder (real bone) instead of the tool that comes with and it works a little smoother and doesn't cut the paper accidentally.

This looks so handy when making cards that are 3-D like quilling. I had to buy those expensive "bubble" envelops for my Easter card. This would be sooo much easier! Thank everyone for your comments on it :).

They are both a great investment, I love being able to make my cards extra special so easily and have a matching envelope. The envelobox are my favorite - definitely saves me money not having to buy bubble envelopes. I love embellishments on my cards and regular envelopes just don't fit.

I made a card this weekend for someone my husband works with and made a boxed enveloped to match. Everyone was so impressed with the envelope because it was extra thick for the embelli's that were on the card. He wasn't expecting to get a response on the envelope.

Do you use that kind of envie to mail, or just when giving in person?

I just bought this (and thank you PW for such speedy delivery). I do have one question. Am I supposed to butt the paper up to the higher raised edge or the smaller raised edge? If I use the smaller edge I get a cleaner score from one end to the other but on some envelopes I don't have enough overlap to tape it shut? Am I doing something wrong? <off to watch video again to see if it shows>

Watch the video again as if I remember it well, it's explained. Basically those two settings are to make a regular envelope or a deep one for thicker cards.

Yep, Fab i sright. You want to use the high ones for a regular envi, but like Fab said, the video is pretty clear and can make more sense than I am.

OK, I found the answer by watching the video again. I am to use the higher edge except when making 3D envelopes which uses both edges.
Don't you love it when someone posts a question then comes back and answers it themselves?
Thanks for your replies.... It is pretty obvious in the videos!!!
