Hello, everyone! A nasty computer virus corrupted my computer, so I've just gotten back online today. Many delays and much money and time spent...but very thankful I don't have to buy a computer...just had to have this "wiped clean" and "re-built".
I can't wait to see what everyone is doing this month! Inspire me!!

Jen and Trish: Thanks for missing me! I was still creating cards and bookmarks but didn't like having to photocopy. I prefer to scan and save. Oh well--the challenges of technology!

I got my tags from Karenliz today! She conveniently had me for two swaps this month. :D I love the tags. They are really pretty and unique. Such a creative lady. Thanks again Karenliz!
Ruth and Karenliz, love your tags....they are all so different and all sooooo cool!
Ruth, aren't those little Christmas stamps adorable? Love how you used them and dazzles on your tags! And Karenliz, I see a touch of Tim Holtz style in yours, and you have such a way with those inks!

Sam, they are, I bought a few different ones. They are perfect for small projects.
Karenliz, your are tags are lovely. I like the alcohol ink combination you used. What did you use for the flowers? The time tag is very nice.

Thanks everyone. I'm glad you like them Jennifer. The flowers were stamped and embossed in clear embossing powders, then I used sponges and distress inks to get the background.

KarenLiz: Simply adorable tags! Your styling is becoming recognizable to the regular "swappers"--and that is a great thing! I just love 'how you do, what you do'!

"Trish"/craftynana: I'm super impressed! I've not seen anyone do a tri-fold tag before. Fantastic work! I like the overall look of each section with the whole and it was great looking at the enlarged photo version in order to see all the details (layers of details) that you put in.

Brandy:
Your tags are going in the mail tomorrow along with your card for the Card Swap. Hope you like them. Tags are actually a bigger challenge for me than cards. Such a limited space to decorate, but its a good challenge. :)
Hope you like them!

Brandy thank you for the cute tags. I would never had thought to use the shaped you used for your elegant cat tag.

Hey everybody - look - she did the brick technique!!
That was my test before signing up for the love it swap. It was a little more difficult than I thought it would be. The biggest thing is remembering that the stamped image will be "larger" as it is being seperated when it is glued down. ;)
Well you passed with flying colors, Kim! Great job!!!

Kim I really like the way you did the brick technique. I don't think i would have thought of using it that way but now it gives me ideas.
