Here's a 8 x 11 layout completed today that has 2 photo corners I received from Connie/mrsTmuzik53 for the October scrapbook elements swap and the turkey embellishment I received from Ruth/islandgirl for the November scrapbook elements swap.
I had already made the leaf embellishment about 2 weeks ago when I was getting items made for my swap. So for today I just had to get background cardstock and paper, the mounting paper for the photo, the paper square for my journaling, and getting the number and letter tiles cut out. I estimate the time from start to finish about 40 minutes.

Really great page - It makes me have the need to get back to actual scrapbooking, which I haven't done it years! TFS!!

Thanks! I can't take all the credit. Connie sent me lots of photo corner sets but I used these 2 because of their colors and Ruth's turkey embellish that says thanks saved me from having to put a separate title. I've been wanting to do something special with the photo. Like I said in the journaling, these 6 don't have many times to be together but their fun, cheerful camardarie comes through and compels me to give this photo some attention.

Well you certainly did a great job tying all of the items together on the page. Thanks for sharing with us how you used the embellishments intertwined with your own creations. Very nice!
great LO Rebexie - love that you used something from our swaps on it, and they sure worked with the LO didn't they? And I LOVE that picture - just too cute!

Connie and Sam: thanks for your comments! Those 6 kids always make me smile! The youngest one, Will, turned 6 this week and he's got a big family supper/birthday party tomorrow night! (more opportunities for scrapbooking!!!)
