Just a quick hello so you won't consider me a lurker. lol Just found your site a short time ago, wonderful information. I haven't made a scrapbook or many cards but have been collecting for a couple of years?!? I know, I keep saying I am saving it until I retire but as the economy gets worst it looks as if I will be putting that off for several more years. Looking forward to getting to know you and maybe I will be able to contribute someday.

Welcome, find the time to play ! This board is so much fun, join in the swaps and challenges. I also work and I don't know what I would do without my crafting to help when the day is done or the week is over.

Thank you for all the welcomes. I do dabble in some painting as well, just finished up some Santa ornaments for a swap. I made one of the glass pendants yesterday from the supplies I ordered from here, very cute I think. lol I don't have a craft room and I am sure that's the reason I don't craft more, by the time I find everything I need I'm to tried to craft. My husband is a bit of a neat freak and it drives him crazy for me to drag all my stuff out. Can you relate?

fortunately I have a craft room but my husband does complain when I have stuff all over. It seems to migrate out of the craft room for some reason!LOL

Welcome, Semo! I can relate. Fortunately my husband is not a neat freak, but having a big mess in the house drives ME crazy. Yet, it's impossible to create without getting a bunch of stuff out so I can "see my palette"! I'm really grateful I now have a craft room. I can leave a project partially done and come back to it when I have the time. It is SO much easier!

I'd love to see pictures of the ornaments you painted.
