This may be a silly question, but how do you use one. I picked one up a few days ago because I found a lo I wanted to lift, (the folding is just a simple accordion), but now that i have it, I have no idea how to use the darn thing. The instructions on the back were less than helpful. Any advise is very much appreciated.

I can't make a card without my bone folder. I use it for scoring. For example if you have one of those cutters with the sliding blade, just put the paper where you want to score and instead of cutting or changing the blade to the score tool, just use your bone folder. Also once you make a fold, put the bone folder sideways, slide down the seam and it will make it a more crisp fold.

That sounds too easy. Why couldn't they make it that simply on the packaging? I do have a cutter w/ a sliding blade. Thanks for your help. The mb is helping me spread my wings since I know if I get stuck, some brilliant and kind person will steer me in the right direction. I'm going to try it now. Thanks again.

I will as soon as I figure out how to upload them from my camera. My husband's the picture guy in our family, so he always takes care of that for me.

Along w/ scoring, it is great smoothing out a page...ie: glue under paper.

Also, great w/ pressing the crease of the card, better fold

This is one of my fave tools

I love it with teabag folds which have to be very crisp and precise.
