Just a quick post to wish a Happy St-George day (Patron Saint for England) to my English friends, I've got my English flag out (white with a red cross on it not to be confused with the Union Jack - wink). :D

Hmm, not familar with that English holiday (could be because I'm not English). Do you do anything special on this day? (i.e. parades, parties?)

It's tradition to eat grilled dragon ! wink LOL Nothing is done but there's a movement to make it a bank holiday.

Wow dragon - I have had that in a coons age. Don't overcook - nothing worse that Dragon Jerky. Wish I would have known earlier - I would taken the day off to celbrate with all of you! (any old excuse will do) :D

How is that cooked? Grilled? or do you chicken fry it the way we do in Texas!

Well usually people run up behind it and the poor beast gets scared and chokes on itself since the fire is not coming out, it cooks it from the inside ! :D

Or maybe put it in an oven bag and let it self-cook. :D
