Terrific Customer Service!

I received my latest order on Friday afternoon and I was missing my opal glimmer papers. So I called PW customer service and before the end of the day I had confirmation that my order had been processed.

Now THAT is customer service! I don't know the name of the woman I spoke with, but thank you. It's nice to know I spend my money (my DH would say LOTS of money LOL) at a company which still values their customers.

I agree about the customer service that's why I keep coming back to my favorite online store! And I love the variety too!!! Oh...and the webisodes!!!

PW has the best customer service department and people ever. I love shopping with them. They always treat their customers so well. I wish more places would take lessons from PW. May be then they'd have more customers. Merry Christmas, PW! Judi

The beauty of PW is that they're so personal and are not a huge company where you become just a number. Yet their CS could put a few huge companies to shame on how good it is ! Always have a brilliant service from them even if I'm over the pond.

Pennyd you are so right that I'm pretty proud of my Paper Wishes team. And it really makes me happy reading these posts. I'm gonna give Nina and Melissa a hug! It's all about hiring people who get it the way I get it. A big thank you to all of you.

By the way, I just filmed a Paper Wishes tour of the website and it will go live in about a week. I did mention the Message Board as some of our most favorite people. Hope you like it.

Can't wait to see that and Happy New Year everyone just managed to get back on the computer today, it was kinda being forced to wean myself off Facebook, Twitter and the forum but I would sneak in every so often when I could ! :)
