Oh what a cool idea! Don't know if I could bring myself to cut my Dazzles tho, but it sure looks neat!!!

It's amazing how they think of all these creative things to do. This one is simple and I will add it to the list of everything I should have thought about but didn't! That list is getting longer by the minute. If I came in in the middle of this one I'd have thought it was embossing and dig out my glue gun, powder, ink and stamps. Why didn't I think of Dazzles? I really love this one.

I hear ya! Too many neat things to try!

I love the look of the bargello Dazzles! I've seen bargello in needlepoint and quilting, and now in Dazzles. Too cool! :)

I have to admit I too was impressed. I actually thought the second card look more Asian inspired than the one they thought.

Hmm, I'm going to try this but only with my least favorite dazzel (is there such a thing?).

LOL-
It's hard to cut up something that looks great already, but just think of the possibilities that something great can do. It will still look great, but just in a different way.

I need to find someone that sells Dazzles in the UK. Because there are so many manufacturers of outline stickers already, some retailers think they don't need to add to their existing stocks......wrong. Dazzles are very special and haven't seen that Mandala look in the UK yet... I'm off to Google them ! LOL

I'd be interested in this too Fab................depending on the cost, of course.

I found that Webisode to be interesting also. But I don't have the Dazzles.I thought after watching it I could do the same technique with craft paper that was fancy and add some glitter in certain spots on the paper let it dry and cut the strips and place them on the card in the same fashion that Sara did.I think I am going to fool around with that idea and see what I can come up with. :)

Hi Fab,Hope this finds you doing well.Am I understanding you correctly that things are much more costly for craft products in the UK, if you can find any at all?? And if you buy craft items from the US it is more costly for you than if we who live here in the US purchases the same craft items?? Sure sounds like it. What a bummer!! :(

I think if you use this idea as a base, you could do a lot with it. I want to play around with different things too.

It depends really, some lines don't arrive as quickly sometimes. Dazzles will eventually arrive but you have to understand that outline stickers have been around for a while in the UK so people are a bit bored with them. I use not to like outline stickers but since I saw the Dazzles I changed my mind because they are so different and can be used in different ways too.

I remember that my first craft purchase three years ago was a pack of 50 peel-offs (outline stickers) from QVC and I've hardly touched it. Seemed a good idea at the time ! :D

I also noticed how HOTP tried to introduce them little by little, do you remember those one that were use with a metallic mesh, I think it was last year. Such a novel way of using them.

But I'm glad that Paulette and Sara decided to create their own range with Dazzles at PW!

Hey Fab, I think we all did that with the 'special offer' peel off's - I gave mine away - but wish I hadn't because occasionally I do need a peel off here and there - but as you may recall I'm not a card maker.
