What are you all up to for MOnday - and what did you do the weekend?

I did a few ATC's (yep, I'm still doing them - still loving them too)
I did a couple of FAT BOOK Pages and made a FAT BOOK ALBUM - will post a pic.
AND, I've finally plucked up the courage on another UK board to do swapsies on ATC's - did my first Swap ATC today and will send it off tomorrow when the post offices are back open.

So what have you been up to then?

Lovely album, I enjoy doing ATC's and fat pages but not got myself organized yet so I have not made any since my holiday. Trish :)

What a cool book Gilly! What did you use for the cover of it? I love the copper color! You must be a lot faster of a crafter than I am.

Yesterday I made one card, and hope to do more today after our parade and cookout. Need to catch up on taking pics of my cards and posting them. They aren't anything original, as they are from the card kits, but at least I made them.

The metal is thin embossing metal sheets I purchased online - I cuttlebugged the chipboard cover with the 'script' embossing folder and then applied the metal on the top and then rubbed it all over with the back of the scissors and worked it into the script - although you can't tell it's 'script' it looks more like a hammered effect thicker type metal.

I love anything shiny - I think I must have been a magpie in a former life.

Love the look for your album. I'm working on a couple of things. I made a brace for my Mother's air conditioner and the side panels to the window. I'm installing them today. Then I'm going to start packing for my mini-vacation and I have a sympathy card I've started on my work table I need to finish before I leave. Hopefully, I'll be able to post before I leave.

Hi, Gilly. I like your albums. They are lovely. You do such lovely things. I have to figure out how to get my digital camera to work again.. Not sure if I can. My neighbor broke it. What are Fat Book pages and Fat Book albums? I'm not familiar with the terms. A silly question? But a girls got to know!!!!!

Fat books. They're overly embellished 4"x4" little Layouts - officially the little LO's are made up, you leave an half inch gap on the left hand side for two bookrings to bind it - you decorate both sides of the FBpage - but me being me (I'm afraid) I do things differently, I've made a little 5"x5" album using my BIA (bind it all) to stick my fatbook pages too.

The book will hold about 26 pages stuck to the individual pages and will be a very FAT FATBOOK INDEED.................but that is WHEN I have finished it.
