Ok, ever since PW did the webisode on Quilling it has been rolling around in my mind.

So I finally decided to try my hand at it. This is my first attempt and this little fellow is going on my June Card Swap.

There is more info on my website, but I wanted to share and tell you that PW is such an enabler. Now, I'm going to have to get that Quilling Fringer Tool!

Oh yea! I did, I put Stickles on it!

He is adorable. Was he hard to make? I have the beginner's quilling kit. Now to figure out if I have the brains to learn to quill. I have wanted to since a teacher I had introduced it to me years ago. Judi

What a cute bee! I have to chuckle because I just watched the quilling webisode again last night and I pulled out the few quilling supplies I own, the beginner kit and the slotted tool. The bee is in my kit too. Maybe several of us will be bit by the quilling bug! I will have to check out your blog.

Oh how cute! I am still thinking of giving quilling a try, ever since I saw the Webisode. Maybe Melanie and I will have a quilling session one of these days. :)

How ironic, I did some quilliing this weekend, too! I have done some off and on for a while but I am still not great at it. I need to post some cards I did. One came out really lovely but it is for a sad occasion. A dear co-worker is leaving us and her goodbye party is this coming Saturday. I know I'll cry.

So sorry to hear about your goodbyes. On another forum, a member has just lost her stepson and I feel so bad for her, he was very young. I'll be making a sympathy card later on.

Yep . . . you got it! Our Women's Minstry Group (Sweet Saturday) uses:

How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

And our mascot is "Bee-a-trice" hence my love for Bee's . . . Kissedby2 got it right on the nose with her quilled bee! just reminded me of Psalms 119:103
