Anyone else bored? I've got so much to do and don't want to do any of it. Besides cleaning, I have three baby gifts to get out. One is wrapped just needing a box, another is boxed just needing a shipping box and the other needs a lot of work LOL! I also have a baby card to make. I've picked out the paper colored the stamped image etc.. But now to just put the whole thing together and I just don't want to do anything. Anyone else get like that. I'm tired. I may just take a nap.

I know what you mean Love2!!! I think, for me, its called old age!!! lol.... My "can do" can't keep up with my " want to"..... So many ideas in my head that want to come to fruition and this old body just can't keep up!!! So when I get this way I just take a break for me... I find a comfortable place to read a couple of chapters in a favorite book, or take a short walk in the fresh air and look at God's wonders. Or sit on my front porch swing and listen to my tinkling fountain and just contemplate things I "want" to do!!
I hope you start feeling your energy returning...
May God bless

Love2, That's my mood today. Its raining here & very dreary. They say the temperature's going to go way down. I have several things I want to do but just can't get the energy to work on any thing. Thought I was the only one who felt that way. Judi

I sometimes get "stuck in a rut" too. I'm sure everyone does. I was looking around my scrap studio last night, and boy-o-boy do I have to get in there and organize before I do anything. Once everything is organized and neatened, I usually get a good burst of creativity and have a blast!

ME. I'm bored - 'course, I'm at work!!! HA! I'm trying VERY hard to be good, which is hard, as my craft table is right here next to my work desk....ACK!

I'm not awake enough to be bored. My neighbors were fighting in the middle of the night. After finally calling the cops and going back to bed, I could not get back to sleep for over 2 hours. :( So much for a decent nights sleep. When the alarm went off at 5:50, my first thought was to go over and pound on their door. Can you tell I'm not in a good mood?

Well, it looks like I'm in good company:)
Heather, you know to do when that happens. On a nice quiet night when they are sleeping open up your bedroom windows and blast an air horn. Then quickly shut the windows and pretend it wasn't you;)
Fabyon, I'm feelin' pretty vegatative today. I did get two of the three boxes packed. Now just to get to the post and mail them. But that takes effort LOL!!
Sam, that's right! You work from home. Lucky you. I'd love to find a work from home job. I've been unemployed for 3 yrs.:(
asiverson, I need to clean my area, too. It's such a mess and I have a baby card to make.
Irishlady, we had weather like that the past few days. Now it's nice out. I need to take my daughter out for walk.
AmzdByHsGrace, reading? What's that? LOL!! With two little ones I hardly have time to read. I just got a new book, too. I've just started that one a couple of days ago. On Chapter 5 still. Oh, well. I guess I'll make this one stretch out LOL!!

strange thing . . . I always wanted to work at home when I used to have to Drive 45 minutes to work each way. And now that I do work at home (last 14 years) I realize that work is ALLWAYS here - it never really goes away, even though I have a seperate office attached to the house. When I am home I think, I really should get that report done for Monday, or I have to get payroll done early . . . etc, etc, etc. I told DH that I am just too busy to work, but, my paper "addiction" dosen't pay the mortgage haha - I can always Dream . . . right?

I get into a rut every now and then but I like it. It gives me a sense of security to have a set routine to depend on. That said, it all makes my scrapbook pages dull, too :( That's one of the many reasons I like connecting with all of you. You give me a fresh perspective (and good ideas to scraplift;)

That would be my problem, too. I know I'd just keep working etc.. The 3 yrs being unemployed has spoiled me, I guess. I don't want to get dressed up and drive to work and sit in a cubicle all day long just to drive all the way home, blah, blah, blah..... I'd rather sit at home in jeans and a t-shirt (or even pj's :)) and stay home.

I have a hard time breaking out of my ruts, though. It could be weeks or months before I work on a layout. That's my problem. And I have so many ideas floating through my head that I'm not sure what to start with.
