Hello everyone! This website is a wonderful venue for us to share ideas. Speaking of that, I sure could use some help; my daughter is getting married in a few months, and I am doing a scrapbook for her pre-wedding and wedding photos, memories, etc. (surprise!)
 My problem is in coming up with a really neat idea for a page displaying their wedding invitation. (It is your standard 5x7 invite and opens like a book.) For some reason, I am just not happy with any of the ideas I have come up with. Have any of you done a really cool page with an invitation, or do you have any ideas I can use to make the page really pop? Thank you all so much for any help you can provide! :D

Scrappy, I had this same issue when I did my dds wedding album. The invitation was a standard 8.5x11 folded. I have a photo of the layout and will try to figure out how to upload and share.

The first page of my daughter's album has the envelope with the flap open and the invitation tucked partially inside, the title reads, He asked; She said yes! I haven't decided the rest of the layout yet. It seems strange that I saved this as the last page to do. The rest of the album is done! Maybe a pair of white gloves, and a rose, or champagne glasses and the rings as glass charms, don't know yet, but looking forward to your page.

I would have made a picture of the whole pile of invitations before sending and a picture of writing the envelopes and then for the page these two pictures and the invitation in a open envelope... But that's a little late for now since the invitations are allready sent I guess...
Maybe you can do the envelope and fill the page with a list off all the receipents and a picture of the invitation with a written envelope standing up agains something and a pen, to suggest the writing...
Have fun making the album, I think it will be a superb present!
