I am wondering how the Glue Glider works in comparson to the ATG. I like how the ATG ends the adhesive, and was wondering if the Glue Glider did the same. On the ATG you let go of the trigger when you want to end the adhesive, and then continue to pull it in the same direction you already were. I know some of the tape runners you have to use a special "flick of the wrist" movement to end. Is the Glue Glider like that?

The glue glider works by just stopping and lifting up. However, I've had a lot of problems with the repositional tape. The used line is doubling back on the un-used tape. I didn't have this problem with the permanent tape. So I'm researching the ATG and see if I'm headed that direction.
My trouble is the size of ATG but I understand that in the long run the tape is cheaper.

I was "afraid" of the ATG for it's size too. I bought one last year and just never used it. I finally broke down and used it and I have to say that I won't use anything else. The tape is so great and stays stuck, which I have had problems with other adhesives. I say go for it- the scariness quickly goes away once you use it for a few cards.
